How do I book a vehicle?
You can book directly on our website by selecting your dates, choosing a vehicle, and completing the checkout. You'll receive instant confirmation via email. You can also call us or send a WhatsApp message.
What documents do I need?
You will need a valid driving license (EU license or International Driving Permit for non-EU citizens), a valid passport or ID card, and a credit/debit card for the security deposit.
What is the minimum age to rent?
The minimum age is 21 years for cars and 18 years for scooters/motorcycles. You must have held your license for at least 1 year.

Is delivery really free?
Yes! We provide FREE delivery and pickup anywhere in Mykonos - airport, ports, hotels, villas, or any location you prefer. This service is included in all our rental prices with no extra charges.
Where can you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in Mykonos: Mykonos Airport (JMK), New Port, Old Port, all hotels and accommodations, private villas, and any custom location you specify.

Yes! All our rental prices include comprehensive insurance coverage - third-party liability, theft protection, and 24/7 roadside assistance. No hidden insurance fees.
What does the insurance cover?
Our insurance includes third-party liability, fire and theft protection, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Personal accident insurance and super CDW (zero excess) can be added for extra peace of mind.
💰 Pricing & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Revolut Pay, and cash payment upon delivery. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not! Our prices are fully transparent and include insurance, free delivery/pickup, and all taxes. The price you see is the price you pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations 24-48 hours before receive 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations less than 24 hours before cannot be refunded.
What is the fuel policy?
We operate a same-to-same fuel policy. You receive the vehicle with a certain fuel level and return it with the same amount. Alternatively, you can prepay for a full tank.
